Sea to the Schwartzwald and Back

by M.T. Tudsbery.

London, Printed for Private Circulation, 1934.

44 pages.  illustrated with photographs.

good clean condition hardback in the original full morocco leather binding, worn at the spine with 2cm loss at foot.  from the library of the Cruising Association.

a scarce little account of a voyage on the Rhine in the 19-foot motor mahogany motor launch ‘Red Spinner’ built by Brookes of Lowestoft in 1931.

As it is an unusual name, the author is probably the M.T. Tudsbery who, as civil engineer to the corporation, collaborated in the design of the BBC’s Broadcasting House in Portland Place, London.
